You choose great color palet, sadly I havent heard the song but it must be awesome. About that blue flame thingy at her eye, did you make it yourself or used some special brushtool?

Color
Your color palette is of a decent cool shades.
You should try to use less black to shade things and try using color instead. In this image, you shade with what appears to be a black color along the body, whereas a deep navy would have given you the same effects and cleared up your color scheme more.

Anatomy
This is an anime-esque drawing, so normal anatomy does not apply. However, the basic rules should not be forgotten. However, for the sake of brevity I'll ignore that part. If you want me to go into detail about the anatomy, tell me and I'll do a follow-up review.

Style/ Line work
The style you have used as of lately is a lot more polished than your older style, however in this piece, your old style is shining through. It is much more choppy and "chunky" than some of your recent work.
Your lines are quick and bold, which when used correctly are beautiful, like how it was used in the line art. This piece on the other hand does not benefit from that style when it is applied to the coloring. A more smooth and flowing style would complement this piece much more.

Lighting
Consider your light source and thoroughly plan out your shadows and how to shade. Take photos of yourself in similar lighting and positions to understand how to use the light source to your advantage.

Overall, this piece good, but it could be much better.

I love the colouring and the blue flame; blue flames can be really tricky to do, but you nailed it.
